Do you carry left-handed goalie trappers?
Yes! We stock both right and left-handed goalie equipment. Use the filter options on our Goalie Trappers page to find your preferred catching side.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Power Play Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
  • Free Full-Ice Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days via EMS
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (for orders placed before 3 PM EST).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to hockey hotspots worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia and regions with complex customs regulations. Our checkout system automatically calculates delivery times and restrictions based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! For Power Play Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Track your package like a breakaway with real-time updates from our premium carriers. EMS shipments also include tracking, though updates may be less frequent.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns on unworn gear (excluding protective equipment for hygiene reasons). Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Protective equipment (masks, chest protectors, etc.) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll quarterback your return like a veteran center!
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Where is your store located?
Our warehouse is located at 39 Jefferson Street, Virginia Beach, US 23456. We currently operate as an online-only retailer.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not currently, but many customers purchase digital Visa/MasterCard gift cards to use on our site. These work perfectly with our payment system!
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get you your gear fast! If you need to cancel or modify an order, email us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.
