Like a fast break in hockey, inventory moves quickly. All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll notify you faster than a line change and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3.3 Custom and Special Orders

Custom goalie masks and other personalized items are final sale – no returns or exchanges due to their specialized nature.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, it’s like calling for a pass – we’ll hustle to process it within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch)

5.2 International Orders

We ship globally except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

5.3 Delivery Issues

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Hockey Goalie Masks (due to customization)
  • Used protective equipment
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

6.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
